Job Description

Responsible for supporting the full spectrum of talent acquisition (main) and training coordination activities -- including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives -- to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations in alignment with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition



Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for various departments. Prepare and post job advertisements through appropriate platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline. Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and internship programs.

Training & Development



Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including registration, logistics, and attendance tracking. Liaise with training providers and ensure proper documentation for HRDC claims and training records. Assist in identifying training needs through performance reviews and feedback. Maintain and update the training calendar and employee training records. Prepare post-training evaluations and reports for management review.

General HR Support



Assist in onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive employee experience. Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and events. Maintain accurate HR documentation, files, and reports. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements:

Possess a

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma

in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least

1-3 years of relevant working experience

in recruitment, experience in training would be an added bonus. Good command of

English and Bahasa Malaysia

, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in

MS Office applications

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Base full-time at HQ (Bandar Sri Damansara, KL) Working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
