JOB PURPOSEThe Executive is responsibility to provide customer service to Taylor\'s students of Taylor\'s Merchandise Shop and be involved with other merchandising initiatives and projects.JOB SPECIFICATIONS
KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist to manage the end-to-end daily operation and customer service of Taylor\'s Merchandise Store located at Taylor\'s Lakeside which includes sales collection, walk-in customer inquiry, student uniform collection & delivery merchandise to customer.
• Managing Taylor\'s Merchandise Store inventory/stocks tracking of items in & out flow, monitoring and re-ordering of premiums and student uniform to control stock hold.
• Ensure on time and efficient receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stocks.
• Responsible updating POS System and day to day tracking of online store payment (ipay88).
• Manage student helpers for Uniform collection week during each cycle intakes.
• Coordinate regular stock checks and 2x annual stock takes together with Asst Manager.
• Undertake any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Other administrative responsibilities including:

a. Raising PR/PO & ensuring billing (invoice process) documents under A&P plans are booked & process on time within approved budgets
b. Run daily (daily online process and update POS System tally open & closing track)WORKING HOURS:
o Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm ( inclusive 1hr lunch)MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

• SPM holders
• Diploma

RELATED EXPERIENCE

• SPM holder with 2 or 3 years of working experience in retail/related field.
• Diploma & fresh graduates are welcome

• Strong in customer service to service front end customers (understand customer needs)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of English language (written & spoken); Mandarin is added advantage
• Able to work with speed and accuracy
