Executive Technical for Business Development (Special Project) Encorp Berhad Selangor MYR 2,700 - MYR 4,200 Job Highlights \xe2\x80\xa2 Great Place to Work \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible Working Hours \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Benefit \xe2\x80\xa2 To execute the respective tasks such as sites visit, monitoring, liaising with authorities & clients and preparing reports, feasibility studies and presentation material. Job Function \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate architectural, civil & structural reviews and be in charge of quality, cost and delivery (QCD) of projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Project team in the implementation of projects which are under construction and those scheduled for construction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Project team to liaise with the authorities such as Local Authorities, Government Agencies and GLC for the smooth implementation of works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the project progress according to the approved work programs and producing the site progress reports and proposals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with consultants, contractors and suppliers to execute the works in an effective and efficient manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and update land and project feasibility study reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare land and project RFP tender submissions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Business Development proposal including preparation of PowerPoint Presentation, Feasibility Study, Initial Market Study Research, Site Visit and Initial Site Investigation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct authority zoning, land search, market survey and compiling databases on the property sector, demographic, economic and other related property news. \xe2\x80\xa2 To overlook any project opportunity at the respective agencies that can benefit to the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out all the necessary tasks related to respective procedures. (Site Visit, Meeting, Feasibility Study Report and Tender Procedures). \xe2\x80\xa2 Any others duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. The Successful Applicant The candidate must possess the requirements below: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s Degree and Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineering are much or any related. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of working experience with a developer, consultant, or contractor is an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experiences with Local Authorities, Government Agencies and GLC with Tender Procedures and Processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge or experience in Property Industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and in a team and able to travel if required by the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good project management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have pleasant appearances and be able to communicate with all levels of respective parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): 1) MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). 2) Knowledge of MS Project would be advantageous.
