Support and assist in implementation of trade marketing and promotional activities with pharmacy channels - Local Chain & Independent Pharmacy and International Key Accounts.
Assist to deploy trade activation plans, executions and promotional activites.
General Responsibilities
Support trade marketing team in tracking trade activities performance: contracts, speed to market, trade execution, actual trade spend against budgets, etc.
Coordinate, plan, compile and analyze promotional activities for nationwide and sales branches.
Monitoring and compiling all displays & POSM photos, sales report and derive post promotions/events results such as launch campaigns, shopper programs, consumer rebates/redemptions, display campaigns, etc.
Managing day-to-day trade activities operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
To evaluate promotion campaigns by running reports for trade execution progress and performance.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and externally (clients) to ensure execution of trade marketing plans run smoothly.
Handle Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order/Goods Received raising and Invoices submission to finance for payment processing.
Manage and control Inventory/ Stock Holding.
Support in customers databases maintenance.
Support on day-to-day administrative work of trade marketing team.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Minimum 3-4 years relevant work experience, preferably similar industry.
Possess good communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office with V-lookup and Pivot Table functions.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Supply Chain or related industry.
