This role is to process trade finance transactions according to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and policies within the Service Level Standard. Daily operation includes balancing, reconciliation, self-audit checks, trade documents checking and process transactions, data key into TE System, follow-ups, archiving documents, attending customers, reporting and any other general tasks and non-exhaustive tasks to be assigned from time to time.

• Document checking for trade transaction.
• Screening of AML/CFT/Vessel tracking for all documents.
• Perform data entry into Trade Finance system (TE2000), AML (TRAC), Treasury Systems etc.
• Perform self audit, trade check etc.
• Typing of BG formats/TR forms/AB-I, BA Drafts, BA application forms, IVF forms etc
• Follow-up original documents on LAEI/advance payment arrangement.
• Calling customers to collect advices/original documents after financing.
• Calling customers to collect ILC.
• Serve customers, courier company personnel etc at counter.
• Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head \xe2\x80\x93 TSC from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of related experience in trade operations.
• Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Possess knowledge of consumer banking products and services as well as regulations governing the consumer banking business and products will be an added advantage.
• Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
• PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Haji Saman, Kota Kinabalu.
