JOB PURPOSE To drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution of PRIDE\'s sales and marketing initiatives, thus contributing to the overall mission and objectives of the organisation. KEY ACCOUNTANBILITIES Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with PRIDE\'s overall mission and objectives. Set revenue targets and ensure they are met through effective sales and marketing tactics. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to help them meet their goals and objectives. Analyse market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and make informed decisions about sales and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure the successful launch and growth of new products and services. Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Stay current with industry trends and best practices and incorporate this knowledge into the sales and marketing strategy. Report on key metrics such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction to senior management and stakeholders. Lead negotiations with key customers and partners to secure favourable terms and long-term agreements QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline with a specialisation in Business Administration / Marketing / Economic or related fields from a recognised university with minimum of 10 years of working experience A Master\'s Degree would be an added advantage. Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. Knowledge-able in e-commerce platforms. Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employees. Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyse market trends, customer data, and financial metrics to inform decision-making. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams. Financial acumen, including experience developing and managing budgets and understanding of financial metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and ROI. Experience with data analysis and decision-making tools, such as market research and customer segmentation. Strong business acumen, with the ability to think and act both strategically and tactically. Proven ability to negotiate effectively with key customers and partners. A desire to continuously learn and stay current with industry trends and best practices. Digital Marketing channels such as email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimisation (SEO). Understand marketing automation software to streamline sales and marketing processes, such as lead generation and lead nurturing.
