Job Description

Job Summary:

The Outbound Executive oversees and coordinates all outbound logistics operations in the warehouse. This role ensures that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, while maintaining high operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Coordinate daily order picking, packing, and shipping operations.

Ensure timely dispatch of goods in accordance with customer requirements and SLAs.

Verify shipment accuracy and oversee proper documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices).

2. Team Supervision

Lead and supervise outbound warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and loaders.

Assign workloads and monitor team performance to meet outbound targets.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

3. Inventory & Space Management

Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory control during outbound processes.

Coordinate with inventory team for stock replenishment or discrepancies.

Optimize storage and staging areas for efficient outbound flow.

4. System & Documentation

Utilize WMS/ERP systems to manage outbound transactions and shipping schedules.

Prepare reports on outbound performance, order status, and shipping metrics.

Ensure compliance with documentation requirements (e.g., shipping labels, export documents).

5. Carrier & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with 3PLs, couriers, and transporters for timely pickups and deliveries.

Resolve shipping issues and escalate delays or service failures.

Monitor carrier performance and support logistics cost control.

6. Continuous Improvement

Identify areas to improve picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

Contribute to warehouse layout planning to enhance outbound flow.

Support audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
