About the role

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented

Warehouse Executive

to lead and manage our warehouse and logistical operations. The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy in order fulfillment, and the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, direct, and coordinate all warehouse and logistic activities to impove operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, labeling, and documentation of goods for delivery. Monitor and manage delivery schedules, liaising with transport providers to ensure punctual and accurate deliveries. Oversee the receiving and issuing of goods, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities, quality, and proper documentation. Handle customer returns in accordance with company procedures and ensure proper documentation and disposition. Ensure proper storage, stock rotation (FIFO), and safeguarding of inventory at designated locations. Maintain high delivery performance standards with the goal of achieving 100% on-time delivery and zero customer complaints. Foster a disciplined, team-oriented work culture and promote a customer-focused mindset among warehouse staff. Support transportation arrangements to ensure smooth logistics operations across all functions.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Logistic and warehousing or a related field. 1-2 years of working experience in warehousing and logistic. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Adaptable to changes in the industry and proactive in implementing process improvements Familiarity with the warehousing, storage and distribution industry and relevant regulations.
