Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, create shipment schedules and implement inventory control to minimize discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on logistics and warehouse department's KPI to identify areas where improvements are needed.
• Review and monitor the operation processes of the logistics and warehouse department to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization.
• Manage and lead logistics and warehouse team members to ensure all shipments are traced and traced across different modes of transit and update systems accordingly.
• Ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements as well as applicable safety and health regulations to meet stringent quality expectation by customers.
• Oversee shipment loading and unloading for container shipments to ensure that goods are transported safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation for shipments including custom compliance. Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
• Liaison between shippers and carriers to secure transportation of goods for export shipment.
• Manage the receiving process of finished products and manage the delivery process to meet the planned schedules.
• Establish and exceed service and operational goals for the logistics team (efficiency, productivity, timeliness, professionalism, creativity, etc.).
• Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing various types of logistics data for optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, enhancing transport reliability, and managing export shipments effectively.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in logistic/warehouse management or related field
• This position is based in Pasir Gudang
