Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies, monitoring company practices, and preparing compliance reports. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external authorities, analyzing compliance risks, and providing recommendations to improve adherence to laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders Analytical Skills to evaluate compliance risks, policies, and procedures Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
