Responsibilities: Ensure Service Desk support calls are promptly responded to and actioned. Ensure Analytical Data Systems & BI Systems/portals remain operational during Domino\'s Business hours. Ensure reports are released accurately and on-time on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis. Ensure production processes, data feeds, ETLs function correctly as required by the business. Responsible for the daily and weekly reporting and data loading tasks. Manage change releases to Production systems. Rostered weekend support. Maintain Data/BI documentation and assist in admin tasks. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or similar. 2 - 4 years using T-SQL. Using T-SQL to perform data extracts to answer business questions. Good Excel Skills. Good communication skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Problem solving skills. Have a good understanding of Data and what is Data Quality. Ability to self-learn Analytical tools, including Power BI, Azure Data Factory. Passionate about new and emerging technologies. Ability and willingness to liaise with senior stakeholders as required. Networking and communication skills (both verbal and written).
