Responsibilities - Drives the strategic planning, objectives setting, monitoring, budgeting, and reporting efforts of KPMG\xe2\x80\x99s employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. - Strategize and plan yearly student engagement activities. - Deliver contents during student engagement activities conducted virtually and on-campus. - Work alongside Career Advisors (recruiters) and internal stakeholders (service line departments) to drive virtual and on-campus programs/activities to meet resourcing needs. - Act as KPMG champions in forging and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to educational institutions, student associations, career discovery platform providers, professional bodies, government agencies, and more to further attract talents. - Oversee the management of the KPMG Ambassadorship Program (Malaysia, UK and Australia chapters). - Deliberate on the order and disbursement of KPMG\xe2\x80\x99s merchandise for student engagement activities. - Ensure optimal social media utilization via regular and effective postings to publicize the firm\xe2\x80\x99s employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. - Draft key messages/speeches/script/press release statements of KPMG leaders (ie. Executive Committee members and Partners) on occasions related to talent attraction and employer branding activities. - Extend invitations and provide briefing sessions to KPMG leaders on talent attraction and employer branding activities. - Act as primary liaisons when communicating with other departments such as Marketing & Communications, Risk Management, Admin, Finance and others on matters regarding talent attraction, employer branding, and special projects. - Drive special projects such as Impact@KPMG, KPMG Education Trust Fund, and others as part of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s community impact contribution towards young talents. Requirements - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with a 2nd Class Upper or a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or other equivalent qualification (ie. Professional Qualification, etc.). - Diploma or other equivalent qualification with a minimum CGPA of 3.2. - SPM or other equivalent qualification with a minimum of 6As (with an at least A in English and Maths). - 3-4 years of working experience in employer branding and talent attraction is preferred. - Impeccable leadership qualities as well as a proven track record in extracurricular activities and involvements (ie. clubs and societies, volunteering, sports, etc.). - Eloquent on top of possessing excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to curate and communicate contents for different audiences, and more importantly, relate to said audiences. - Sound project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. - Highly driven, determined and results-oriented with an agile and innovative mindset. - Team player with an exuberating enthusiasm and confidence in working with numerous stakeholders.
