As the face of Xendit, you will provide white-glove service to both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience. Your role as a true partner to the organization will involve solving problems across recruiting, people, processes, and systems. You\'ll bring a diverse set of skills, including exceptional communication, tech savviness, strategic thinking, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed. You possess a strong commitment to go the extra mile and handle all aspects of recruiting, including the less glamorous tasks, with a positive and determined attitude. With your relentless drive for successful outcomes, you\'ll take on approximately 5-7 senior roles at a time; a carefully curated list of the highest impact, niche or hard to fill roles . Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-7 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in sourcing and engaging senior talent in specific business functions, including such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk & Compliance
  • Track record of successfully sourcing and closing senior candidates, from individual contributors to C-suite level
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in business or sales, with a solid understanding of organizational needs and goals
  • Previous exposure to scaling a company from 200 to 1000+ employees in a tech, B2B/B2C, SaaS, e-commerce, or payments startup environment
  • Experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent, preferably in a headhunting or recruitment agency setting
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted Talent Partner, ensuring a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience for hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and selecting the best and right talent for Xendit
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring teams and candidates, establishing trust and credibility
  • Utilize diverse channels to source the right talent and experiment with new methods of talent acquisition
  • Network and nurture relationships with key talent pools in Asia, particularly in Southeast Asia (SEA)
  • Support hiring teams throughout the execution process, making their lives easier and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Implement automation, efficiency, and AI-driven solutions to streamline repeatable or automatable processes in talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience while preserving the human touch and personalized interactions with candidates and hiring teams.
