Our core strengths lie in navigating the most complex regulations and environments, creating some of the most innovative products in the world.Job Summary:As a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Bjak, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growth and strategic goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to find the best candidates.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to source candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews.
  • Utilize behavioral to assess candidates effectively.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and key metrics.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (technology or insurance industry is a plus point).
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian job market and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
