• Passionate, resourceful, and result-oriented.
• Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines with accuracy, and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to speak Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Persuasive and friendly personality, with excellent sales call skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the exhibition/events industry is preferred for this position.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel outstation/overseas if needed.
• Able to work long hours and during weekends/public holidays if needed.
• Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Capture new clients through sales calls and marketing.
• Arrange appointments with existing/potential clients to meet and identify their exhibition/event requirements and expectations.
• Provide ideas/solutions that are suitable for the customer.
• Compile information and brief designers in developing conceptual designs.
• Prepare proposals, manage tender procedures, and deliver presentations for project pitching.
• Closely follow up with clients and close sales to meet sales targets.
• Manage all pre-event, on-site, and post-event coordination and execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge on market trends, demand, and competitor behavior.
