Proactively manage and develop relationships with key exhibition clients
Provide excellent customer service and account management to ensure client satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of exhibition services
Attend and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Contribute to the overall sales and growth strategy of the business
Able to have a network on government projects (Added Advantage)
Requirement
Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably within the exhibitions or events industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen to secure new business
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with the local Kuala Lumpur exhibitions market is desirable
