Expansion coordinator (Property)
What You'll Do:
1. Help identify and assess new locations (warehouses, shops, offices)
2. Assist in site visits, lease negotiations, and tenancy matters
3. Coordinate approvals, renovation works, and site readiness
4. Keep track of lease records, renewals, and property documents
5. Support property-related tasks like handovers and repairs
Expansion coordinator (BSC Lockers)
What You'll Do:
1. Identify and propose new sites for BSC Locker installations
2. Liaise with leasing teams, landlords, and legal representatives for site approvals and documentation
3. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure location suitability
4. Attend site visits with contractors and assist with Bills of Quantities (BQ) preparation
5. Prepare Letters of Offer (LOO) and Tenancy/License Agreements in collaboration with the Legal team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
