The Mission: Your Impact
You are the
entrepreneur
responsible for scaling our physical presence across the country. This role is the engine of our market growth, ensuring we reach more users through profitable, strategic store locations.
Key Responsibilities (The Big Picture)
Market Ownership:
Master the Malaysian retail landscape, performing deep market and competitor analysis.
Strategic Scouting:
Identify and secure prime, economically feasible locations for new stores.
End-to-End Deal Making:
Lead lease negotiations, present our retail concept to landlords, and manage the full project lifecycle from scouting to store opening.
Portfolio Optimization:
Evaluate the existing store portfolio for strategic renewals, terminations, and rent optimization.
We're Looking For a Professional Who...
Has
strong connections
with IPCs (Institutional Property Consultants) and a deep understanding of Malaysia's demographic and real estate development trends.
Possesses a proven ability in
prospection and complex negotiation
(lease, land, etc.).
Can build a robust
5-Year City Vision
, challenging the status quo to ensure value creation for our users.
Masters
financial feasibility studies
(Security & Rent-ability analysis) and can structure projects with a long-term legal and financial understanding.
Is
autonomous, responsible, and drives projects
to opening on time and on budget.
Sportive
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degrees in the related field and proven retail expansion experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
A minimum of 6-7 years proven working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have knowledge of working in Real Estate locally
Strong connections with local agencies tied with real estate
Are energetic, organized and autonomous
Are team player, open-minded and self-responsible
Are able to keep to strict timelines
