Job Description

1. KEY OBJECTIVES

• To expedite, prepare tracking and reporting of all purchasing spares and services as per requirement dates on each Purchase Order effectively and pro-actively.
• To update & provide a comprehensive update of all materials purchased to offshore & onshore support team.
• To apply Liquidate Damages (LD) to those applicable suppliers and vendors based on their clause, term and conditions from each respective contract.
• Work towards achieving the deliverable of spares and services to avoid backlog and delayed.
• Work with subsection heads under PBF/M section to provide Maintenance and Inspection services for SK and SB Asset.
• Work towards achieving good SSHE Objectives.

2. WORKING RELATIONSHIP

• Report directly to M & I Planning Subsection Head under PBF/M
• To be the focal point contact to update, chase materials between suppliers, warehouse & offshore facility departments and the onshore supply department and facilitate the accurate and detailed transfer of information with regards to latest materials status.
• Monitor and update of the status of deficiency/non-conformances/rejection found during receiving at Warehouse.
• Assign and follow up work from discipline engineers assigned to support SK and SB Asset.
• Coordinate with SK and SB Asset Department and/or other departments.

3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEMandatory

• High School.
• 5 years Material Expediting experience preferably in hydrocarbon industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment and construction support materials and services.
• Computer Literate.
• Custom Import & Export Duties.

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be pro-active in achieving goals.
• Willing to work outside normal working hours, weekend & public holidays.
• Able to work comfortably with peers, supervisors, superintendent & management
• Experience at working offshore in hydrocarbon industry.

4. KEY AUTHORITIES

• Overall, in-charge of Expediting materials starting from PO issued, transportation of materials from vendor premises, customs to warehouse, airport/port to warehouse.
