Requirements
  • Well versed and fluent communicate in Mandarin and English are preferred
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience Hospitality or related field will be advantage
  • Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of relevant experience (knowledge in such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Trip.com, expeditor, etc)
  • Required Skill(s): customer service, writing, phone calls, technical support, problem solving
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Be responsible, Punctual, work independent, organized, SELF MOTIVATED, service oriental, with an eye for detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Social Media
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employee
  • Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions
  • Must work on shift rotate
  • Must willing to work overtime if necessary
Responsibility We are looking for an Chinese Executive, Customer Care who has experience in handling after-sales complaints and inquiries.
  • Provides guest service as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Front Office
  • Answer phone calls, reply customer emails, and respond to customer Live\'s chat, enquiries in a polite, professional manner
  • Handling complaints, enquiries and information through phone calls and emails, update and follow-up on outstanding enquiries / request / complaints on a daily basis
  • Responsible for the proper efficient and profitable functioning of the Front Office which includes Front Desk (Reception and Cashiering), Telephone
  • Provide outstanding service to customers and resellers by resolving their issues, assisting with troubleshooting and providing proper solutions to their concerns or questions in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
  • Generating daily booking report.
  • Responsible for the production of promotional materials, dissemination of information for any upcoming events/activities, and publicity generation among the customers and guests.
  • Manage Customer Loyalty Program with approved reward schemes by the Top Management.
  • Build customer engagement through print / online and social media, marketing and strategic business development.
  • Work closely with inspection teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
