Job Description

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through loan deals, investment fund or private equity deals.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Analyze sales data and reports to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive integrated business solutions.
