Requirement

• Must be related experience in Property Developer, Property Development, Real Estate Agency, or Bank loan.

• Langauges: Mandarin and English

• Bachelors degree in real estate management, project management, architecture, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, quantity surveying, business administration, finance or any other related discipline.

• More than 3 years of experience, either with a property developer, an investment fund, or a consultant.

• Familiar with the real estate development process, relevant laws and industry norms. Experience in retail and logistics real estate is a plus.

• Skills; Proficient in financial modelling and market research.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is a plus.

• Personality; Confident, creative, innovative, humble, friendly, diplomatic, patient, logical, willing to learn, passionate about investments and/or real estate development.

• Should always keep abreast of latest developments in the local and international news.

• Conduct thorough project planning, optimising time, cost, and quality to ensure successful project delivery

• Keep abreast of the latest built environment trends and technologies, leading the adoption of innovative practices where feasible

• Drive compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative prerequisites in preparation for project execution

• Oversee overall project delivery, maintaining contractual, regulatory, and legal obligations

• Drive project progress and completion, ensuring project performance metrics are achieved

• Establish strong connections with various disciplines, project teams, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution

• Drive compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment

• Champion the organisational adoption of environmental sustainability and green building strategies

• Manage the financial inflow and outflow against allocated budgets and forecasts

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement to obtain time, cost, and quality improvements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and external

• Basic plus Incentive up to RM 10,000.00
