Experienced Product R&d Executive (food Factory)
Job Description
a) Work closely with process and production teams to optimize product manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
b) Concern on the development and optimization of product formulations, considering factors such as ingredient functionality, nutritional requirements, process efficiency, and product stability.
c) Reviewing and improving the application for new and current ingredients and packaging materials.
d) Handle and execute new product development and packaging innovation activities, including the processing procedures and techniques and product specification.
e) Ensure the latest food regulations, standards, policies & procedures are incorporated into product Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and work with the Production operational team to enforce requirements such as HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.
f) Provide technical support on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients, and packaging processes, to ensure finished products meet high standards of food safety and quality.
g) Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of formulation experiments, results, and specifications.
h) Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
i) Coordinate with production operational team on process of new product & existing product improvement.
j) Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
Possess at least 3 years working experience in R&D and extensive experience in product formulation and product development within functional foods industry. Bachelor degree in dietetics / nutrition / food science / technology / engineering. Computer literate. An innovator, passion in research and highly driven on market trends and insights related to product formulation. Must be mandarin speaker as required report to mandarin speaker Taiwan Management
