You will..

Establish and maintain efficient and accurate quality assurance and environmental records in line with best management practice

To perform all the duties as per Senior/Principle according to his/her value chains\xe2\x80\x99 role ( namely Panel Data, Market Data, Coding or Client Data)

To understand supported market specifics and draw conclusions using data

To assists his/ her direct supervisor in actively contributing to the quality and process improvement of the team (root cause analysis, suggest improvement actions, and follow-up on the progress)

Ensure the team is aligned with center or global-level processes and procedures

Contributes to the create training and training paths and executes system and process training sessions

Organizes and facilitates delivery of successful training sessions led by respective product specialists

Responsible for the development and implementation of the knowledge validation process

Assist the business in identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses/areas for improvement \xe2\x80\x93 process and people related

Creates learning materials and suggests improvements to support the following of standard procedures

A key process knowledge holder, assist in global tech projects, follow-up and track global coding quality, process improvement initiatives

You have...

Degree/Diploma in Training, Quality or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Operation and Quality department

Team-oriented and able to work independently

Good experience in delivering excellent customer care and service in a large organization

Effective teamwork, the flow of information, and multiskilling to provide cover across the team

Experience in complaints handling and follow-up procedures

Enthusiasm and commitment to learn about and get involved in department activities

Good attention to detail and ability to follow department procedures

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
