Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate export bookings with carriers, co-loaders, and agents. Arrange cargo pick-up, stuffing, container movements, and monitor vessel schedules, cut-off times, and sailing details. Prepare, verify, and submit export documentation (SI, BL/MBL/HBL, invoice, packing list, VGM, pre-alerts, manifest, COO, etc.) ensuring compliance with export regulations. Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status, clearance updates, and provide CRD upon document clearance. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide prompt solutions. Update shipment and milestone information in internal systems (ROT, CMO, booking data, etc.) and ensure complete job closure. Support billing preparation, checking, submission, and filing for both internal reference and customer records. Perform customs declarations and ensure export closing and document accuracy. Draft K2 and other customer communication documents for confirmation. Organize and maintain physical and electronic documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics. Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines accurately. Proficiency in relevant shipping or ERP systems is an advantage.
