Key Responsibilities

Manage export customer orders from enquiry, quotation, order processing, to shipment and invoicing Provide prompt and professional customer service to overseas customers and partners Prepare, verify, and manage all

export shipping documents

(e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB, certificate of analysis, etc.) Ensure full compliance with

Incoterms

, customs requirements, and destination country regulations Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery Track shipments, monitor dispatch schedules, and proactively resolve delays or logistics issues Support the sales team with documentation, order follow-ups, and customer communication

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in export coordination or international customer service Strong knowledge of

export Incoterms

(FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP, DDP, etc.) Hands-on experience preparing

export shipping documentation

Good understanding of global trade requirements and export compliance Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) is an advantage Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
