Job Description

We are a freight forwarding company seeking an experienced Export Documentation Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate must be familiar with export processes and have strong experience in handling

Bill of Lading (B/L)

preparations.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and process export documents including Bill of Lading, invoices, and related shipping documents. Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, overseas agents, and internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Verify shipment details, vessel schedules, and customer shipping instructions. Ensure compliance with shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper filing and documentation records for audits and internal tracking. Communicate with customers regarding documentation requirements, status updates, and problem resolution.

Requirements:



Experience in Bill of Lading preparation is mandatory.

Minimum 1-2 years experience in export documentation within a freight forwarding or logistics environment. Knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping procedures, and export regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
