Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang for an Export Documentation Specialist (Seafreight) at Hecny Malaysia. The responsibilities of the role include preparing and managing seafreight export documentation, communicating with customers and carriers, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and supporting export processes. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining accurate records are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Export Documentation and understanding of Export processes
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Familiarity with Export procedures and regulations
Attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency with relevant software and tools is a plus
Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is advantageous
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
