Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in business / logistic and those with experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, LC (Letter of credit) and customs procedures is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet shipment deadlines.
  • Required Language: Mandarin/Cantonese & English, fluent in spoken and written. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
  • Possess entrepreneur mentality with strong commitment to the job.
  • High integrity, Trustworthy, Honesty and Hardworking.
  • Proactive, independent, and outgoing.
  • Must be computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Office, strong spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (SAP) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Date entry of customers turnover.
  • Prepare Monthly sales summary report by customer.
  • Process export orders, prepare of Performa invoice, purchase order, invoicing and monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
  • Prepare, review, and manage export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure all export activities adhere to international trade laws, customs regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to arrange transportation, track shipments, and manage customs clearance.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Process export sales orders and ensure accuracy in pricing, product details, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Work closely with warehouse, and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Ensure inventory readiness and shipment timelines are met according to customer commitments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Support management with sales forecasts, export performance analysis, and other ad-hoc reports.
  • Monitor export costs (freight, insurance, duties) and support cost optimization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline export processes and improve operational efficiency.
