The successful candidate will be part of a team that will make a significant impact on our continued growth and success.Job Scope: -

• Supports all processes in export and supply chain, through planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitors constantly the stock and organizes the secondary logistics transportation.
• Keeps constant relation with customers, in order to fulfil the requests and manage the order process.

Core Responsibilities: - * Sales support -Prepare in-land and outbound shipping documentation according to customer\'s requirement, countries regulations and trade term compliances.

• Delivery - Coordinate and liaise with respective plants (Maccaferri plants in Malaysia and other Regions, external suppliers) on production, loading, delivery schedule and to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the timeline.
• Credit Management - Following up on account receivable collection.
• Ad hoc - Responsible for any other functions that may be delegated from time to time.

• At least 8-10 years working experience in shipping / logistics environments.
• Possess good working knowledge in Incoterms, and experience in Letter of Credit will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with ERP system such as SAP.
• Possess strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally and vertically for information.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and highly initiative to work independently in a pressured environment.

Qualifications: -

• Minimum diploma or degree in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
