Requirements
- Fresh Grads /No Customer Service experience are welcomed
- Proficient in Mandarin( Speak) and English(Read ,Speak, Type)
- Have no issue working on rotational shift (9 hours per day with 1 hour break) and night shift
- Have no issue working on weekends (5 days per week with 2 rotational off days)
- Intake date:26 July 2023
- Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the company\'s products
- To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer services &accurate information
- Work in team to achieve the requires KPI elements and SLA
- Basic Salary : RM2800 Basic +Up to RM500 KPI Allowance+ Up to RM400 Shift Allowance +OT Min RM10/hour
- EPF +SOCSO+ 12 Days Annual Leave +14 Days Medical Leave
