Fresh Grads /No Customer Service experience are welcomed
Proficient in Mandarin( Speak) and English(Read ,Speak, Type)
Have no issue working on rotational shift (9 hours per day with 1 hour break) and night shift
Have no issue working on weekends (5 days per week with 2 rotational off days)

Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the company\'s products
To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer services &accurate information
Work in team to achieve the requires KPI elements and SLA

Basic Salary : RM2800 Basic +Up to RM500 KPI Allowance+ Up to RM400 Shift Allowance +OT Min RM10/hour
