Manage OEM product development and revamp for both export and local markets.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, purchasing, and designers on OEM product design, specifications, registration (NOT Registration), online printing, order forecasting, and delivery.
Support new product development activities.
Handle export-related documentation and administrative processes.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, shipment documents, certificates of origin (ATIGA Form D / MICECA / COO), certificates of free sales by MATRADE, NPRA documentation, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with customers on order forecasts, shipment arrangements, and payment collection.
Liaise with local OEM and export customers on quality issues, including coordinating on-site inspections and managing complaints.
Monitor and coordinate OEM and export customer orders with the production department to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate customer on-site inspections.
Manage and coordinate customer complaints.
Serves as an intermediary between foreign buyers and domestic sellers.
Ensure that all shipments comply with the laws and regulations governing the export industry and are also responsible for negotiating export contracts
Qualification Requirements
SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a related field.
