Responsibilities
To succeed as an Export Operation Coordinator administrative , you must be able to handle the following tasks:
Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of export shipments
Prepare and process shipping documents, including export declarations and certificates of origin
Verify and ensure that all necessary documents are complete and accurate
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
Monitor and track shipment movements to ensure timely arrival at destination
Investigate and report any discrepancies or issues stocks and shipping schedule
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and related documents
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
1-3 years minimum of working experience, plus points if in a similar role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office and shipping management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Able to handle repetitive daily routine yet flexible when problem arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
