Job Description

Job Function: To involve in aspects of marketing, including: strategic planning; advertising; promotion; public relations; product development; distribution to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration or market segment.Duties and Responsibilities:

• To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for company;
• To develop marketing plans and strategies in line with the company sales target and organization objectives;
• To responsible in liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
• To coordinate, plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns with sales activities;
• To overall responsible for brand management and corporate identity;
• To conduct market research and monitor competitor activities;
• To plan, monitor and manage on new product development, update our product catalogue monthly;
• To plan and organize personal sales strategy by meeting the sales targets;
• To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation for the company to improve;
• To lead marketing team and organize teamwork to strive for an efficient and effective marketing administration.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree;
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Sales / Marketing field is required for this position.
• Have basic knowledge of automotive industry;
• 5.5 day (Monday 9am to 6pm to Saturday 9am to 2pm) working basis;
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English with clients;
• Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Industry Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership Skill, Negotiation Skill, Writing Skill, Interpersonal Skill;
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently;
• Able to maintian monthly targeted sales;
