Support daily business operations including invoicing coordination, customer documentation, and internal tracking
Coordinate cross-departmental workflows between sales, logistics, finance, and quality teams
Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports (orders, shipments, inventory, pricing, contracts, KPIs)
Assist management with operational planning, internal communications, and execution of business initiatives
Support sales team with order entry and customer onboarding documentation
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Coordinate customer requirements such as onboarding forms and shipping information
Track customer activity, sales data, and operational follow-ups using CRM systems
Serve as an internal point of contact to ensure timely response to customer inquiries and operational issues
Coordinate with warehouses, and internal logistics teams to support order fulfillment and delivery
Assist with inventory tracking, demand planning support, and shipment documentation
Support import/export documentation and coordination in compliance with medical device regulations
Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Assist in developing and updating SOPs, workflows, and internal guidelines

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
