What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end export shipping process, including documentation, booking, and liaising with shipping lines and freight forwarders Prepare and review all necessary export documentation, such as bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods Liaise with customers and provide updates on shipment status and delivery timelines Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise throughout the export process Ensure compliance with all relevant customs and trade regulations Contribute to the continuous improvement of export shipping processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar export shipping or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of export documentation, procedures, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Adaptable to change and willing to continuously learn and improve

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
