As the leader of multiple audit engagements, your main focus will be on guiding and ensuring their successful outcomes. You\'ll also play a significant role in nurturing the talents within the firm, fostering their growth and development. Providing exceptional client service and acting as a reliable business advisor will be critical aspects of your role. Building and sustaining strong connections with our clients, business partners, and industry peers will be essential. Moreover, your ability to identify new opportunities for serving clients, generating leads, and promoting other services will be vital to the firm\'s growth.

• Audit Leadership: Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful completion of audit engagements. Oversee multiple audit projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
• Engagement Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to plan and scope audit engagements. Assess risks, identify key audit areas, and develop a comprehensive audit plan to address the client\'s specific needs.
• Audit Execution: Conduct and oversee audit fieldwork, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements, internal controls, and other relevant documents. Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of client processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and communicate their implications to the audit team and clients.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and control deficiencies within the client\'s business processes. Work with the audit team to develop appropriate risk responses and mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Review audit documentation, working papers, and reports prepared by team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and participate in proposal development for potential clients.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the audit team. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present audit findings, reports, and recommendations to clients and senior management. Communicate complex financial and audit-related issues in a clear and understandable manner.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or relevant professional certification.
• Extensive experience in external auditing, with a proven track record of managing audit engagements.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify potential risks and improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Business acumen and a client-focused approach to deliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships.
