Job Details: Contract Duration : 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (possible to permanent) Working Days & Hours : Monday-Friday 8.30AM-5.30PM : The External Communications Senior Specialist (or Lead) is responsible for planning and producing all external communications outputs required for the Unification Project. This entails developing, managing, and implementing a communications strategy that delivers the project\'s communications objectives and intended outcomes. Tasks: Develop and manage an external communications strategy for the Unification Project, outlining target audiences (in both hirer and candidate marketplaces), key messages, communications touchpoints, and tactical outputs Produce required communications outputs which include but are not limited to: Multimedia collaterals (print, digital, web) Videos Social media content Press releases Opinion editorials Talking points for media interviews or events Manage and track the production of communications outputs, including the sourcing and management of external vendors as and when needed Manage and track the communications budget for this project Manage and track communications performance according to agreed KPIs Oversee the quality of communications outputs Expected Outputs: External Communications Strategy External communications assets Audience mapping Key messaging Budget tracker 8+ years working in a strategic communications capacity, either from a brand or PR / advertising agency Strong creative writing background Ability to synthe technical or abstract concepts into concise, creative, and effective communications Strong communications skills, with the ability to present work to executives and large teams Attention to detail, with a can-do attitude. Collaborative team-playing with the ability to engage those around you to produce the best outcome. Willingness to travel when required. Passionate and always willing to learn, takes feedback well in a collaborative environment. Degree in related communications discipline or solid experience and portfolio in communications management Working Relations: This role will be working closely with the Unification Team as well as the Marketing Team (Comms & PR, Creative Solutions, Brand, CRM, Candidate and Hirer Marketing) on a strategic and operational level.
