The opportunity With rapid growth across digital and virtual collaboration, we are looking for talents with an eye for delivering quality client service through the design of large-scale facilitated workshops (which we call "experiences"). Your key responsibilities

• Lead a culture of innovation by enhancing wavespace methods, engagement models, technologies, products, & services
  • Foster a safe place for diverse inputs; passion and entrepreneurialism over rank and politics
  • Encourage healthy discussion and debate to challenge team/client assumptions and the status-quo
  • Take reasonable risks to explore new skills, tools, activities, processes and approaches to maximize an innovation opportunity, deliver greater value to the client and enable wavespace to evolve and grow
• Translate mundane client needs into large-scale transformation opportunities
• Look beyond the boundaries of what is possible, respectfully pushing the comfort zone of both account and wavespace teams
• Support a team entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging and incentivizing members to discover and articulate roles, methods, skills, approaches and tools
• Design and lead concurrent mobile, pop-up, or location-based sessions across any venue
• Deliver client results that lead directly to influenced sales
• Serve as \xe2\x80\x9cengagement partner\xe2\x80\x9d and final escalation point both internally and externally
• Manage session escalations as issues arise, and ensure proper financing expectations with stakeholders (clients and internal teams)
• Accountable for accurate session accounting (costing, reporting, billing, and collections)
• Focus on blending resources from across EY\xe2\x80\x99s service lines to deliver high quality and holistic client experiences

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with more than 10 years of relevant working experience. Past experience in consulting, CX Practice, or agency in a media management or digital creative experience is an added advantage.
• Awareness of global, regional and cutting-edge design, innovation, business and technology trends and the willingness to incorporate them in client work and within teams.

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience that spans across UX, business, operations, web engineering, and design.
• An entrepreneurial spirit who is excited by ambiguity, operates autonomously and is able to make informed decisions on the fly, grounded in a CX point of view.
