Food and Beverage Supervisor
Responsible for scheduling his staff, time-keeping, labour cost control, service and proper set up of his outlet.
Assists to ensure that procedures relating to the safety and security of guests and employees are follow at the marble arch coffee house.
Assists the outlet manager in controlling and analyzing the following quality levels of product and service guest's satisfaction
Sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene of outlet and equipment in usage operation costs. Brief captains accordingly and conduct briefing sessions with entire staff before each meal period starts or at the beginning of each shift.
To assists and control train them on product knowledge and service.
Ensures enough staff manning on each shift is available for the outlet operations. Trains staff to adhere to the standards set by f&b manager or by management.
Maintain liaison with all f&b executive and manager. Performs cashiering duties using the infracts system when necessary.
Be multi-skilled and is able to assist other sections/outlets when necessary.
To make the daily requisition and ensure adequacy of materials and supplies needed for the operations. Supervise, coordinates and participates in the activities of his subordinates.
Greets, receives and conducts guests to table, present menu, suggesting food and beverages during order taking.
Trains personnel's, conducts meeting and group discussion on various aspects of food service and preparation and handling guests' complaints.
Ensures that grooming and general appearance of personnel adhere to hotel standards.
To prepare the monthly inventory of special equipment such as chafing dish, chinaware, glassware and cutleries. To keep log book with the number of walk-ins, various buffet covers, guest complaints and incident reports.
Responsible for the distribution, implementation and follow up of house rules and regulations.
Supervise the operations of outlet, paying special attention to the satisfaction of clients and staff performance.
To perform any additional duties and responsibilities as required by the management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
