Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented

F&B Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent service standards, smooth coordination between departments and a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support F&B team members in delivering high-quality service. Ensure all food and beverage areas are well-maintained, clean and compliant with hygiene standards. Monitor daily operations and assist in staff scheduling, training and performance evaluations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations. Assist in inventory control, ordering and cost management. Uphold company policies, procedures and service standards at all times.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in an F&B or hospitality environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail. Willingness to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Preferred:

Candidates with a

background in hospitality

are highly encouraged to apply.
