Operate and maintain
FA lab equipment
such as CSAM, SEM/EDX, FTIR, XRF, and X-ray systems.
Assist in
sample preparation, cross-sectioning, and decapsulation
work.
Support
engineers in data collection, reporting, and root cause analysis
.
Ensure
equipment calibration, cleanliness, and proper lab material inventory
.
Complete analysis requests within the
target turnaround time (e.g., 5 working days)
.
Support
lab safety, improvement, and cost-saving initiatives
.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in
Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Materials Engineering
.
1-3 years of experience
in FA, QA, or analytical lab (semiconductor or electronics preferred).
Basic knowledge of
FA tools and sample handling procedures
.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs and safety standards.
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
