1.0 Job Responsibilities

Perform debugging and troubleshooting of optical transceiver modules at PCBA and module level. Identify and isolate electrical or optical failures during functional and final testing. Use standard measurement tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and power supply for fault verification. Assist Test Engineers in failure analysis, retest, and data collection activities. Carry out rework and component replacement following standard ESD and safety procedures. Record debug results and ensure accurate reporting of findings to engineers or supervisors. Maintain debug benches, tools, and equipment in proper working condition. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance test yield and reduce recurring failures.

2.0 Job Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in electronics manufacturing or testing environment. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging of electronic or optical modules is preferred. Able to operate test and measurement tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and power supplies. Basic knowledge of PCB components, circuit tracing, and soldering or rework skills. Familiar with ESD handling, test procedures, and basic failure analysis. Good communication and reporting skills with attention to detail. Able to work overtime whenever required. Able to work independently and support production or engineering activities under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
