Senior Microsoft Fabric Engineer

Role:

Design and deliver modern data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric and related Azure services. Focus on data integration, modeling, and visualization to enable actionable business insights.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for efficient data ingestion and transformation. Integrate, clean, and standardize data from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Design and optimize data models within Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows) to support reporting and analytics. Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services for scalable, cloud-based solutions. Build intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights effectively. Ensure data governance, quality, security, and compliance throughout all solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Continuously evaluate new features in Fabric and emerging industry best practices.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or other scripting languages. Experience with Power BI for data visualization. Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, or similar platforms). Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing. Experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI is preferred. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern data architectures is a plus
