Job Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and perform complex sheet metal fabrication processes, ensuring parts meet engineering drawings and specifications. Operate, program, and maintain fabrication machinery such as press brake, shearing, punching, and laser cutting machines. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturability, tooling design, and process flow. Conduct dimensional inspections and quality checks to ensure precision and compliance with standards. Analyze fabrication issues and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and reduce rework. Maintain production documentation and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards in the workshop.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or precision metal manufacturing. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Familiar with fabrication process control, machine setup, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with CNC sheet metal machines is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills; safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
