Evaluate skin conditions and recommend appropriate care.
Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper use of products/equipment.
Train and guide team members on facial techniques and product usage.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field is a plus (not required).
1-2 years' experience as Beautician/Aesthetician preferred.
Strong knowledge of skincare, products, and treatments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and passionate about client care.
