Our Facilities Department in Port Klang is now looking for a Facilities Administrator.

What will you be doing?

• To look after the day to day running of the essential central services such as :

• Handles Reception

• Controls Access System Management for PK

• Handles Incoming and outgoing courier services
• New submission and Renewal of Pkfz passes

• In charge of legal license renewals

• Manages client allocation and cost reporting to finance

• Handles and provides Utility chargers for MOR reporting

• Handles waste seggregation inputs for MOR reporting
• Manage overall data input of WSC and CI for manufacturing

• Handles schedule waste and scrap management for manufacturing

• Handles inhouse contractors routine jobs

• PR Creation for Manufacturing

We think you should have:

Qualification

• Minimum a diploma or professional certificate.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in managing facilities related services.

Abilities and knowledge

• Competent knowledge on Microsoft Office.Knowledge on SAP

• Well versed in HSE practice especially on office safety.

• Ability to work as a team.
• Strong numeric and the ability to understand financial data.
• Flexibility and the ability to work on more than one task at a time.
