The Facilities Coordinator be responsible for overall Facilities Management services including continuous monitoring of facility .
Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
Assist Facilities Coordinator with tactical planning for the team\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives
Support compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures
Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary.
Qualification:-
Bachelor\'s or associate degree in engineering & facility management building related, or similar.
A completed course in facilities management will be advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination, project management, or real estate.
Proficiency in Facilities Management (FM) software, like Tririga (Work Order) .
Extensive experience in building and equipment maintenance.
Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.
Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies.
In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
