Job Description

Responsibilities:-

• The Facilities Coordinator be responsible for overall Facilities Management services including continuous monitoring of facility .
• Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
• Assist Facilities Coordinator with tactical planning for the team\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives
• Support compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
• Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor\'s or associate degree in engineering & facility management building related, or similar.
• A completed course in facilities management will be advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination, project management, or real estate.
• Proficiency in Facilities Management (FM) software, like Tririga (Work Order) .
• Extensive experience in building and equipment maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.
• Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies.
• In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
