FULL TIME POSITION
Location: Candidate will be based in Ipoh. Work hours: Mon - Friday (8.30AM to 5.30PM) Responsibilities:

• Able to produce Autocad 2D, 3D & Revit (BIM Drawings)
• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines (Architectural, Structural & MEP) - especially MEP
• Able to Produce Schematic, Isometric, Details, Layout & Section Drawings Guide project members on the usage of BIM and BIM standards, implementation, usage and adoption of BIM for construction operations.
• Manage and monitor project timeline with project members.
• Liaise with consultant teams for problem solving
• To produce technical / construction drawings using BIM
• To perform checks to ensure drawings and models are good.
• Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in engineering/architecture or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years work experiences
• Extensive knowledge and experience in BIM/CAD
• Excellent technical drawing skills
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Naviswork
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong creative and visualization skills
• Able to perform independently and lead the team
• BIM Modeling certification will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
